For many years TAB GmbH has been successfully manufacturing standard tanks and complex special containers for renowned customers in what is a technically demanding field.

We provide our customers everything from one single source. All the way from technical engineering calculations of the necessary draft check, right up to the fabrication of stainless steel and mild steel tanks for operating pressures of up to 300 bar and temperatures up to 650°C, for volumes of 0.5 litres up to 100,000 litres.

Our long years of experience mean that we understand your processes. Because an aggressive medium does not always require material of the very highest quality. Proven combinations of austenitic or pressure vessel steels and sophisticated coatings ensure the long-term use of your technical plant resources.

We optimize your application; technically and economically. Whether we are talking about austenitic, or austenitic- ferritic steels according to DIN 10 088 T2/T3 or pressure vessel steels according to DIN 10 028 T2 / T3, no material is foreign to us.

Certification, accreditation and Certificates of Suitability are a matter of course for us.

Tank and apparatus construction often represent complex projects where many factors in the production of individual components play a major role. This is why we fabricate your orders with very high safety standards and only with trained professionals. High quality and on-time production are very important to us. .

Design

We manufacture according to your drawings and specifications or create our own design documents according to your wishes and requirements.

Checks before actual production

Special designs are of course checked and calculated for the required static and dynamic conditions. Only when all factors have been taken into consideration is your container fabricated.

Production

When it comes to production we do not rely on third-party companies. To meet the high quality standards, we do the fabricating ourselves. This way we can guarantee safety, and quality manufacturing and production.

Delivery

Delivery takes place of course „just in time“, in line with your call-off date. This reduces your storage requirements and ensures the availability of plant components.
